December 2, 2016. The OrbEEt project was presented, explaining the main concepts of the project such as the objectives, the concept and methodology, general timeplan, and the four pilot sites of the project.
The end users get informed about the project activities through a dedicated workshop. The information covered the different scenarios to be examined at the pilot site, the type of equipment to be installed and the need for the extraction of organizational processes. The tools to be demonstrated at the pilot sites were presented (mock up views). This was the 2nd awareness workshop in premises. The focus of this workshop was on the presentation of the current status of the project. In addition, the 1st sensor was installed to start monitoring the operation of a single device in premises. The pilot end users also get information about the status of the developments of the tool, and the time plan for the evaluation. A training workshop is required when having the different tools installed in premises by M21.
